Returns & Exchange

RETURNS POLICY -

1. We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue from our side, we will issue store credit equal to the product value. The store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance

2. For any queries, please contact us at team@kalpkaar.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order details and supporting images

3. Store credit (if applicable) will be issued after the product is received at our warehouse in its original condition

4. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact

5. Custom orders and products marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns

6. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, or weave are part of its natural charm and not considered defects

7. Kalp Kaar reserves the right to decline any return request that does not comply with the above conditions

 

EXCHANGE POLICY -

1. We offer a one-time size exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability of the requested size

2. To request an exchange, please contact us at team@kapkaar.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details

3. Exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact

4. Custom orders and products marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for an exchange

5. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the product value, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
